Retailers can sell goods and accept payments on NearMe. And consumers can shop through this platform and also complete online payments for various goods and services, such as paying for utility bills and repaying loans and so on.
At present, NearMe has had more than 50 thousand cooperative sellers, although influenced by the COVID-19 pandemic this year, NearMe’s volumes are still increasing.
Ninja Van from Singapore was set up in 2014 and entered into Myanmar market in 2017. Ninja Van completed a Series D funding with a total amount of USD 279 million in May this year, led by European top logistics enterprise GeoPost.
