Among fitness apps, fitness apps that feature video content have 65% more installed than similar products without video content. There are 39% more daily active users and 15% higher in revenue.
The survey also found that video content has absolute advantages in fitness applications. People being interviewed said that they prefer fitness video content, because it allows them to exercise according to their own schedule and be more flexible. In addition, the video content also allows them to exercise anytime, anywhere.
50% of interviewees said that if video content is downloadable, they are also willing to pay subscription for services offered by fitness applications. Up to 95% of the people said that they will continue to use health and fitness apps after the epidemic is over.
